Keeping Beer Cold has a new Meaning
Near eastside brewery needed help. The early heat spell in March left their chillers working overtime to keep the mash cool. The chillers needed some help and the warm March air wasn't helping.Take a look at this video on how we kept their Beer process cool and producing.
Reminded me that not just people and rooms need to be cool. Many processes depend on the air being just right for things to be made on a regular basis.
